Good starting point for experience, but many issues arise

Pros

Great company to start getting experience

Cons

- Too many layoffs and "restructuring" - The people in charge of certain processes are no longer there, so you have to figure things out on your own. - They offer courses and learning materials, but you don't have the freedom to take the courses you need to advance in your career; you're only given the ones HR recommends, and most of them are useless. They even dare to say that taking these courses and completing them determines whether you deserve a raise. - If there's a problem fulfilling a responsibility, they just tell you, "Take it up with your supervisor," and that's the end of it. - Some supervisors are constantly absent and leave their employees to deal with critical incidents on their own, forcing them to face the customers (even though company policy states otherwise). - The documentation for 90% of the services hasn't been updated in years, and there's no initiative to do so. - Salary increases are impossible, and if you do get them, it's a negligible increase that doesn't make much of a difference.

Pros

It was a great place to work, great compensation and benefits.

Cons

It has been loosing employees mostly from Ecuador, you should consider that most developers that owned solutions are not there anymore. You may have to figure out things by yourself.
