I work directly with the CEO, and I see firsthand how her company and its team members are her top priority. I watched her face complex challenges this year, and the first thing she thought to do was schedule one-on-one lunches with every employee to connect with them, express gratitude, listen to their feedback, and see how she could support them in their own professional growth. I’ve never heard of a CEO doing that. Running a rapidly growing company isn’t for the faint of heart. Making responsible decisions for your company and team can be tough and complicated. What I love about Kat is she’s always up for the challenge thinking about the company as a whole, which means success for everyone on the team. Always ready to shift perspectives, negotiate, or try something new for the greater good. I also see on the daily just how much she truly and deeply cares about her employees. And she shows this through her generosity. She always supports me, and I’m confident this company will continue to grow and succeed.

As the company services students and schools in 80 countries, the CEO and other members of her team are constantly on the go. This schedule requires the team to be nimble and adjust to last-minute calendar changes.

As acknowledged by other reviewers, there have been changes at IvyWise in recent months that I can understand could be interpreted as negative, but speaking personally, my time at IvyWise has been overwhelmingly positive. The level of support from the staff is truly remarkable, and they prioritize your personal and professional growth. What has not been mentioned is that with some of these recent developments, there's a renewed sense of optimism in the company, especially with the addition of some new team members. There is always room for improvement at any company, but the leadership at IvyWise is proving that they listen and enact change directly from the staff’s input. Throughout my journey, I've felt consistently acknowledged for my efforts and commitment, and IvyWise has played a pivotal role in honing my skills to a level where I feel valued and understood.

Restructuring has caused some uncertainty and adjustment challenges, but things are looking up!
