I’ve never heard of a CEO doing that. Running a rapidly growing company isn’t for the faint of heart. Making responsible decisions for your company and team can be tough and complicated. What I love about Kat is she’s always up for the challenge thinking about the company as a whole, which means success for everyone on the team. Always ready to shift perspectives, negotiate, or try something new for the greater good. I also see on the daily just how much she truly and deeply cares about her employees. And she shows this through her generosity. She always supports me, and I’m confident this company will continue to grow and succeed.
