      Pros

      I did learn a lot about Excel Spreassheets. Easy commute off of 96. There were a few nice people there.

      Cons

      The training was poor. Senior staff unapproachable (just too busy for you attitude). The turnaround was like a revolving door. They had no computer system, everyone had excel spreadsheet trackers. My manager was more concerned about making sure his chunky jewelry and oversized belt were just whimsically askew, than training staff.

      Pros

      Coworkers were nice and the workplace was quiet.

      Cons

      Pay is never what is advertised, Benefits are okay at best. Unrealistic deadlines and expectations from employees, Leadership does not understand what and how to communicate needs to employees and instead blames them for their failures and miscommunication. Multiple times I had circled back. There is not growth as an employee with in this company.
