      It was the worst place I have ever worked.

      Pros

      I did learn a lot about Excel Spreassheets. Easy commute off of 96. There were a few nice people there.

      Cons

      The training was poor. Senior staff unapproachable (just too busy for you attitude). The turnaround was like a revolving door. They had no computer system, everyone had excel spreadsheet trackers. My manager was more concerned about making sure his chunky jewelry and oversized belt were just whimsically askew, than training staff.

      J America was recently acquired by Vetta Brands and may have the potential to address their current employment turnover problems.

      Cons

      My wife was an employee of J America for more than three years and could not deal with a toxic supervisor and had to quit. She would often come home at night in tears over the way that her immediate supervisor was treating her each day.
