Pros

Competitive salary, benefits, and bonus structure. The company from top to bottom is top notch. As a grain merchandiser, you know exactly what your expenses are to know what it takes to make money. On the other hand, if you're someone that wants to fly under the radar and collect a paycheck, it's going to next to impossible. Management and leadership is second to none in the industry, especially the manager in Amarillo. He's someone you'd run through a brick wall for which is rare. There is also a strong culture built around safety for anyone that enters their facility which is not the norm in this field. You're also working for a private, family owned company which is a huge positive.

Cons

Lack of remote working options (I understand that isn't a con for most). As a larger company, it takes time to get new ideas/initiatives passed. I would also say this can be a pro as the company thoroughly vets new acquisitions, procedures, etc. to ensure they are the best move for the company as a whole.
