      Pros

      Family owned business over 125 years old with strong core values and beliefs. Benefits offered were above average for the industry.

      Cons

      Chance for advancement was somewhat limited and that was a big part of why I left and took another position with another employer. Also the work-life balance was a little uneven at times, often employees would take work home with them.
