      Pros

      Relaxed work environment in a location that has nice weather.

      Cons

      Little to no job security. Changes in the licensing industry are making middle-man companies like J!NX obsolete. In the spring of 2017 they laid off half the company in a single day without warning sending loyal employees of 10+ years home with their belongings in cardboard boxes.

      Working with gaming companies lead to fun projects. The environment is creative friendly allowing much freedom in design and ideas. Very collaborative. Pay is fair

      Cons

      Fire drills change daily. Some designs are canceled after a lot of work.
