      cool video games, geek culture. not much expected out of you

      Cons

      No direction from management. Firefighting all the time and working on pet projects.

      They Laid off half the staff in one day without warning.

      Relaxed work environment in a location that has nice weather.

      Cons

      Little to no job security. Changes in the licensing industry are making middle-man companies like J!NX obsolete. In the spring of 2017 they laid off half the company in a single day without warning sending loyal employees of 10+ years home with their belongings in cardboard boxes.

      Pros

      Great co-workers. A lot of friendships made, and the office environment was very casual.

      Cons

      A hint of favoritism towards certain teams. Lack of accountability from management. Company felt like it was still trying to find its place in the realm.
