Pros

People are genuinely really nice! The pay is competitive. Admins from other departments are super supportive.

Cons

The marketing department was marked by cliquish behavior and exclusionary attitudes making it difficult to build trust or collaborate effectively, Feedback was often indirect or passive-aggressive and open dialogue was discouraged This made it hard to resolve conflicts or improve processes, Some team members engaged in gossip or subtle sabotage which compromised morale and made the environment emotionally draining, Suggestions for improvement were often dismissed and innovation was suppressed by ingrained habits and internal politics, Without HR or neutral leadership in place employees had few options to voice concerns or pursue meaningful development This contributed to a culture of silence and stagnation.

Great company, have learned a lot. Heavily invested in and given lots of responsibility as a junior employee

Pros

Salary and bonus structure are great

Cons

-The family members running the company are not qualified to be running a billion dollar corporation. -People in upper positions with the company pretty much have only worked inside of Cullen since college so they don’t realize that the culture is terrible. -Ownership and upper management are not open to new ideas. -The estimating software is terrible. They are clueless on tech for estimating - You have to use Bluebeam to do takeoff or the crappy laughable takeoff software that comes with Destini. They are really oblivious to the fact that they are waaaay behind other contractors when it comes to this. -They are having trouble finding young talent for preconstruction so it’s expected that you’ll be spread thin or constantly training someone.
