Politics environment, bad management and bad culture, simply terminate staffs without giving any reason, job tasks overloaded. Strongly not recommended to join into this company. Very bad management. Simply terminate staffs without giving any reason. Compensation given also very less. Not recommended to join because you don't know when HR will terminate staff again. They have few rounds termination, if you join, especially for new staffs definitely will terminated by the stupid management again without giving any reason. HR manager only keep the useless and lazy staffs, especially the staffs always chit chat , talking personal phone, playing phone, walking around and nothing to do still can stay in this company, but for the hard work staffs have been terminated without giving any reason. One position need to handle 2 to 3 positions job tasks but no any increments, salary also underpaid. Job tasks overloaded. Bad culture management. Especially HR manager very bias and great politics player, they only keep their friends to stay in this company. HR can bring friend to join the company without go through any interview session.
