First of all, before you click "send" your precious resume, cancel it, and dont even think about it. Second, if you check this review after you sent, fret not, when HR call's you and inviting for interview, to save your time and your sanity, reject it immediately. I tell you why : - Higher management has no solid background of Logistic's nor E-commerce. - Higher management has no experience on macro level and very ground level of mindset. - Higher management only has short term goal and only try to survive on daily basis. No planning in advance. When peak period come's (e.g 10.10 or 11.11 campaign, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Xmas, etc), they will just inform to Mid Manager's and Executive's and Regulars staff to brace the impact. - Higher management definitely not data driven. They dont know how to pull it and need the other person to serve them. This guy whose generating this data also a snobbish person that now enjoyed being bossy because backed by the bosses. Once he open his mouth, you knew he is a licker. - Higher management bait good staff with incentives, sales performances, KPI bonuses. But after sign contract, those promises never happen. We have some (if not many) great staff serving only 24 hour notice due to this discrepancy or being fired for being vocal. Poor Sales Team, Driver's and Operation's Team. - Higher management only sweet talking you. They say, "if have issue, feel free to approach us". The reality, when the going get's tough, they wont even bother to ask you and the team "How are you?" , or "Anything Management can help?". When we approach for advise, one management will give you vague advise, another management will give you grandfather story that he think supposedly boost the morale but it is not. And when we lay out the problem's for their information, the answer are "We hire you to solve the problem, if we are the one who solve it for you, then we dont need you all". Excuse us? We DONT need resolution from you, your Majesty, we need an advise and perspective and point of view, as you are the "Higher Management" that we look up upon to when we need suggestion's, doesnt it? - Higher management only favor several department's while diss and ditch another. - Higher management doesnt understand many thing's, but act like big shot and know's the whole world. - Higher management hire and keep low-performance and problematic staff, and fire good and performing people. - There are no mentorship, guidance, directions, or advises given from the Mini Boss and Big Boss at all. When problem arises, Mini Boss is the worst, kept asking "what is the root cause" to everybody. But actually, he dont even know what is the problem and the answer to those mess. - There are no facilities for you. No coffee machine, no bday cake, no transport fee, nothing, nada. For Driver to claim Cash Card need to fork out their own money for hundred's of Dollar. They are one of the backbone in the company, and these how they treat them. The possibilities are endless here, in a bad way. Endless problem, but everyday are the same problem for constant 4 years. Back then it is SimplyPost and now J&T Express. Problem's are : - Pickup service - Warehouse mess - Delivery driver's - Return service - Customer service Can you imagine that, all of these problem's are never solved. Meeting after meeting conducted, with zero outcome. And oh, when you are in logistic, system should be robust, right?. Not in J&T Express, when customer would like to check the status of parcel, it can tells you that "item at warehouse" but actually it is with driver. Another one, system say's "item delivered" but actually it cant even be located anymore in the warehouse. Mind boggling. So, from all the above review you read, it give's you a very clear information, that the biggest problem here are with the Higher Management. The arrogance, with the mindset of "Many people queue and would like to join the company", and here is what they say "If we cant change people, we change the people"....A very opposite of what they preach about their values, which is Ben Fen (Google it). This all are only the tip of the iceberg. I will need many pages and perhaps could be an author if i lay all of their bad stuff here. They only Talk the Walk, never Walk the Talk. I experienced this, so you dont have to. Dont be their victim's.
