Pros
The people are nice to you up front, you interview with the owner of the company and a couple others. The work is easy, as long as you show up and do your work your good. My co workers were great to work with, my immediate supervisors were great. The pay is good, the time off can be good.
Cons
Your location is tracked via their time tracking app Paperwork to get on base takes a long time to get done Got fired the day after giving a generous 3 week notice, and then they try to block your unemployment. Honesty and integrity does not resonate with the owners unfortunately. The work is boring, reverse engineering a monolithic 20+ yr code base.
