Absolutely love working with a veteran owned company. We often get to see the president who even is there to speak with us and address any concerns. JAAW is a great company to work for!

Pros
Military Mindset towards the mission is so rewarding. You have to demonstrate you are an A Player to stay on Team JAAW. They do not tolerate bad performance Pay and Benefits are better than large companies I have worked for Leaders are experts that have worked up from the bottom of military, civil service and private industry to create JAAW.
Cons
HQ is an hour from Hill AFB Executive leaders give employees every opportunity to remediate and grow Many positions are fixed by contract which makes it difficult to promote at times.
