Nobody helps you out. As a newbie, you need to figure things out on your own. They tell you to "go ask questions, other engineers will help you," but it's just a phrase they say, and they don't mean it. If you ask questions for a few times, they will start treating you like dirt and talk behind your back. My manager is hardly in his office. The more frustrating thing is that he deliberately ignores my messages. It's hard to advance and learn because nobody helps you, and the manager doesn't communicate
