Pros

I need at least twenty words to fill up this space. There were literally no Pros to working for JC Ehrlich whatsoever.

Cons

-Technology went backwards -Pay went backwards (even though we were guaranteed it wouldn’t) -All of our old customers phone calls were answered in a different state (which had them pretty upset) -All scheduling was done by other people in a different state and they had no idea where anything was so I was all over the entire state almost every day -Management was very “hush hush” about a lot of things, where as before, my company was very open and honest -Customer acquisition and attainment went down -There have been discrepancies on EVERY pay check I ever received -Lots of empty promises All in all, JC Ehrlich ruined what was a great company that received multiple local awards for “best place to work” and “excellence in customer service.” Customers quickly realized they were no longer dealing with a caring and compassionate local and family-owned business, and went with other pest control companies. I went from having a name to just being a number. All businesses are trying to make my money, I get that. But this business only cares about money, not its employees and definitely not its customers at all. This is a multi-billion dollar company (which they love to say all the time) that just simply refuses feedback and dismisses any advancement in technology. Greedy, self-centered, and unorganized would be the best way to describe this company, in my opinion and experience.

Pros

Solo work most of the time. So it's nice when you have a job with others. Generally speaking, you service the same customers. Decent pay for the work

Pros

No pros for working for this company

Cons

Everything at this business is a con. Unrealistic work expectations, mangers will load your schedule and give you the worst route possible. Managers will throw you under the bus to save their own skin. Clients will blame you for their own pest issues they should addressing themselves then blame you for their failures clients won’t address the reasons they have a pest problem just expect you to work miracles then get mad when the pest problem becomes out of control and say you didn’t do your job. No work life balance. Forced to work during holidays and almost every weekend. Benefits are terrible.
