-Technology went backwards
-Pay went backwards (even though we were guaranteed it wouldn’t)
-All of our old customers phone calls were answered in a different state (which had them pretty upset)
-All scheduling was done by other people in a different state and they had no idea where anything was so I was all over the entire state almost every day
-Management was very “hush hush” about a lot of things, where as before, my company was very open and honest
-Customer acquisition and attainment went down
-There have been discrepancies on EVERY pay check I ever received
-Lots of empty promises
All in all, JC Ehrlich ruined what was a great company that received multiple local awards for “best place to work” and “excellence in customer service.” Customers quickly realized they were no longer dealing with a caring and compassionate local and family-owned business, and went with other pest control companies. I went from having a name to just being a number. All businesses are trying to make my money, I get that. But this business only cares about money, not its employees and definitely not its customers at all. This is a multi-billion dollar company (which they love to say all the time) that just simply refuses feedback and dismisses any advancement in technology. Greedy, self-centered, and unorganized would be the best way to describe this company, in my opinion and experience.
