Pros
Well known leader in the OOH industry. They have a great mix of media assets to sell and they take pride in their product and its presentation. They are focusing on growth areas of their business and getting rid of parts of their business that aren't as profitable.
Cons
Salaries are on the low end compared to similar jobs at other companies. Raises are far and few between, so it is best to negotiate as hard as possible when you get hired for a number that you can live with for your time there. There is also little possibility for advancement as management has been a place for a while. Commission plan was decent but got progressively worse as time went on. It felt like management was trying to find ways to cap earnings and keep salespeople from getting paid money they earned.
