      Pros

      Great staff, incredible interventionist, awesome clients (mostly)

      Cons

      The director has close to ZERO hands-on experience. The company trusts the program to sinply pump out money- regardless of staff to client ratios. There’s certainly a learning curve that was never addressed by H.R. or any training programs. It was an entity on its own without any supervision and lives were/may still be in danger.

      JEC Miller is home for the individuals that they serve. Their strive to be person-centered in every aspect of providing services is unmatched. The culture that JEC Miller has created makes it easy to come to work everyday. I would recommend JEC Miller to anyone!

      Cons

      JEC Miller has been hit by the staffing crisis like every other industry. However, they are putting a focus on staff retention and trying unique and innovative ways in recruiting qualified staff.
