Great staff, incredible interventionist, awesome clients (mostly)

Cons

The director has close to ZERO hands-on experience. The company trusts the program to sinply pump out money- regardless of staff to client ratios. There’s certainly a learning curve that was never addressed by H.R. or any training programs. It was an entity on its own without any supervision and lives were/may still be in danger.

Working as a DSP at JEC Miller has been great. Thankfully there has been stable, motivated management at my location

Pros

Flexible work hours and shifts. I do a 24 hour shift every other week. Other employees work a couple 4 hour shifts a week.

Cons

There is no room to make more money. There is hardly ever any pay raises or opportunity to move up
