After COVID-19 in 2021, this college has progressed exponentially in terms of quality, research, education, and employee benefits. I am a former employee of this institution, and during my tenure, when I received research opportunities from BITS Pilani, the college took the initiative to approve my application for further research studies on a sabbatical basis. This reflects the institution’s supportive and progressive approach toward academic and professional growth. The college is continuously improving its quality and systems, which is one of its best aspects and demonstrates its commitment to long-term development and excellence.

1..The institution still needs improvement in research infrastructure and advanced testing laboratories. 2. Although the existing labs are good, they are mainly suitable for undergraduate-level learning and require modernization for advanced research activities. 3. Upgrading research facilities would help both students and faculty become more familiar with current industrial challenges and emerging technologies.
