      JIET provides acdemic growth opportunities by having various incentive policies, supportive work environment -I am coordinator -Unnat Bharat Abhiyan the management provides all facilities for all activities under it, Ti provides Industry exposure - MoU with UltraTech Cement Ltd, RUIDP and conduction of regular industrial visits for the students,

      Cons

      Sometimes it becomes difficult to manage multiple academic and administrative responsibilities simultaneously, handling tight schedules during examinations and accreditation activities, and balancing teaching, research, and departmental work.
