lack of leadership from executive team. constantly changing approach only to wind up where they started. There is no vision and no accountability for repeated failures. Don't believe the culture hype - there is more finger pointing, gossip, and back stabbing than you can possibly imagine. No real opportunity for growth (title or $) for majority of staff. Exec team plays favorites - if you are not one of them, you will never have any real chance for success or growth here.
