Encourages healthy work-life balance and family flexibility

Cons

Preaches transparency, practices none of it. Promotions given based upon popularity, not skill. Management afraid of making some chosen few unhappy. Retains "popular" employees of low skill, eliminates skilled employees if they disagree with management too much, talent be damned.

Overall, most of the staff are good, hard working people who want to try and make a difference.

Cons

lack of leadership from executive team. constantly changing approach only to wind up where they started. There is no vision and no accountability for repeated failures. Don't believe the culture hype - there is more finger pointing, gossip, and back stabbing than you can possibly imagine. No real opportunity for growth (title or $) for majority of staff. Exec team plays favorites - if you are not one of them, you will never have any real chance for success or growth here.
