Every day is unique. It's an office-based role within a supportive operations team that is happy to share knowledge, giving people the opportunity for career progression across various job functions. Lots of career progression opportunities. Management and Directors genuinely care about employees. No complaints - obviously can get really busy which sometimes comes with pressure but is expected in any job role.

Initially, I felt like a valued member of the team and was excited about my future with them. Their commitment and support of apprentices is good, and it's great that staff from all offices can get on and socialise at the company get-togethers

Towards the end of my employment, I didn't feel there was a lot of trust put my way or any push for me to develop as a professional; I don't feel I was given a chance. Some areas of the business have a serious lack of communication - it's almost like you're expected to be a mind reader - and it's frustrating when you don't have all the information you need.
