Every day is unique. It's an office-based role within a supportive operations team that is happy to share knowledge, giving people the opportunity for career progression across various job functions. Lots of career progression opportunities. Management and Directors genuinely care about employees. Lots of amazing benefits like company events, trips abroad, loads of external training, private health care and more.
Cons
No complaints - obviously can get really busy which sometimes comes with pressure but is expected in any job role.
