Pros
The only decent things here are that they pay for health care...If you can make it to 90 days, and there is a good SEP contribution...for those who stay 3 years.
Cons
The owner is verbally abusive. There is no flexibility with your work hours and you are expected to work overtime. You are also expected to work on any and all PTOs. I was the 16th employee to come and go within 3 years.
