Colleagues and managers are warm, approachable, and easy to talk to. The culture thrives on excellence and values impact over effort. Every opinion matters and is truly listened to.

Cons

Not ideal for someone who just wants a “clock-in, clock-out” job. The environment is full of passionate people constantly striving to improve the product in the best way possible, which might feel overwhelming if you prefer a more low-key or detached role.
