Pros

At first it seemed like a good opportunity because they train you and want you to be professional and grow with them. Some of the people that you get to work with are great people.

Cons

Your job is going to be signing up and selling phones to low income people based on commission. There is no base pay. You put in long hours and you are going to be outside pretty much throughout the day in whichever weather conditions. Now the part that they don't tell you is that you require a permit. The city requires a permit. They don't tell you this. So I got a ticket, other people at the company have also gotten tickets and you have to go and appear in court. I'm no longer working for this company. Honesty and trust is what I look for. And don't believe what the managers say because in the end Nilda, the head boss doesn't care about your tickets as long as she didn't get one. The company does not want to be responsible and is not going to pay a penny for it.

Pros

I came in for my first interview and immediately knew the company had great opportunity for me I met with CEO Nilda Oquendo whom was a very sharp woman who is also very passionate about her company and employees. The people within the office are kind and they make the atmosphere a great environment to work in. I currently work in the office doing inventory and keeping track of sales I can personally say I enjoy what I do and have gained much experience since I've started working here. Working at this company there is so much you can learn and also the opportunity offered to you by the CEO is great you can go from doing sales in the field to owning your own company it all depends on the effort you put in as a person and how much you want it.

Cons

if you plan on doing the bare minimum your results will show poor effort in this company you get out what you put in to it
