Pros

Monday through Friday shifts, no weekends.

Cons

Too many to list them all, but report driven, everything is a priority, Supervisors give conflicting goals and makes everything a priority, favoritism abounds. Worst of all is they currently hiring new employees at a higher rate and refusing to match existing employees rates, and expects you to get 10+ hours of work done in an 8 hour shift.
