      Work/life balance Starter job Gained work experience If you half do your job, there’s hardly any consequences. If you half do your job, they’ll have another worker do it for you. You can leave your desk for 30+ minutes without anyone noticing or saying anything.

      Cons

      Low wages Not the best benefits If you do your job, you get the pleasure of doing the jobs of others.

      Helping the community gain access to job opportunities and other programs.

      Cons

      Bad Leadership from the very top to the office. Very little training, A lot of shady ways of getting the grant deliverables turned in. Heavy caseloads, and mistreatment of employees, funds, and clients.
