Pros
It was a job that paid
Cons
There isn't much to say, the company was founded in 1961 and stopped moving with the times in 1990. They underpay their people. There was no formal phishing and social networking training, you were assigned a password and could not change it. Owners do not trust their people and have a mentality that not all employee's are the same. The people that didn't work in the warehouse was treated to lunch every week, and were in trouble if found out that they came inside. Additionally, if their systems were down due to a fault in their IT dept, they would send everyone inside home without pay (ex. if their systems were hacked). Was treated to a cut-throat environment after the honeymoon phase wore out. If you are a out-of-the-box thinker I would highly discourage you to not work there due to their "stay in your swim lane" mentality.
