- Some nice co-workers - They sell some good trips, which are enjoyable to work on - Potential to earn well if you are a good seller

- Genuine stress surrounding probation, and frequent tears, for each group, there is a good chance that one person won't pass and another one or two get their probation extended. This is only for sales though. - Seem to be different rules for different people. Some are allowed to work from home often, others need to be in the office minimum three days. All depends on your manager and whether they like you. - You will see a few good reviews around the same time. Management worry about reviews and go through phases of pressuring people to write glowing reviews. - Horrible communication, combined with dishonesty. Multiple occasions where things have not been communicated and management are confused at fallout. - When the commission change was hidden, they asked one team to keep quiet from the rest of the company as they had discovered it earlier, further concealing the changes. - Company has grown too big, beyond the skills and experience of the management team, and need to rethink how they approach things or get further expertise. -Culture and values that is raved about in interviews and on their careers website was just superficial, and I found they liked using a lot of buzzwords to seem inclusive and as though they were living these values however actions were counter to this.
