They're very family oriented and don't throw a fit when you have to deal with your kids. They're friendly and supportive. They're not like most companies that make you feel like a villain for having a "life problems". The attorneys are wonderful! The staff is very friendly and it's fun to go to work.
Cons
The benefits are terrible. They do have a good incentive program, but the medical insurance is ridiculously expensive and doesn't cover hardly anything. The salary is not very competitive either. Most other Mesa/Gilbert/Chandler firms pay much higher.
