Pros
Lots of wonderful support staff and paralegals trying to do their best.
Cons
Terrible leadership. Limited growth opportunity. Strong LDS cliques. Limited female presence, especially in senior positions. Toxic people are allowed to stay forever with no consequences. Morale is very low. Manipulation tactics are used to hush people. Attorneys have many expensive benefits/perks/bonuses that other staff are not privy to. Health insurance is very expensive for families. When staff leaves, they are almost always talked badly about to everyone remaining.
