      Pros

      The product is beautiful and some of the people associated with the brand are incredible.

      Cons

      All of the downsides of both a corporate structure and a start up culture. Sexism, nepotism, red tape, good work is rewarded with more work and bad work is never addressed. Those who will make money and not ask questions are the ones who will succeed.
