Egotistical upper management, reckless company planning, Campaigns will switch day of and you are expected to recreate a whole campaign day of. Lack of respect for employee's free time is a consistant issue. You will get texted or called almost every weekend expecting you to drop everything and work during your free time. Pay is terrible. No room for growth or opportunities for professional development. Homophobic, racist and sexist speech from upper management is very common. Don't bother if you're easily offended. HR acts like they are there to help employees but all they do is protect the interests of upper management and swindle you out of promised raises, bonuses, and other benefits.
