Pros
- Good HR onboarding process, with most of the company working remotely they seem to have it tuned. - Has the expected usual benefits, not extraordinary however good in the gaming industry, if not a little above standard. - Has good employee engagement & support. - Employees are largely fans of the MMORPG genre so engage a lot in discussion. - New CEO (as of Apr 2025) meant shifting strategy in my first few weeks - not huge and well communicated. - Team on boarding was swift. - Progression opportunities are good along the chain, however they are an MMO-RPG game company, that's not a negative, just know that's what they do so don't expect to be working on other genres.
Cons
- Nothing comes to mind that would raise a red flag for anyone looking at a role at Jagex.
