Great team, great company - Account Manager Jairus Employee Review

Jairus is such an amazing team to be a part of, full of passionate and knowledgeable people. A great company with a human-centric culture and quality-focused work.

I have no cons at all.

Jairus marketing has incredible onboarding, training, company culture, and team dynamics. Most companies will sell you hype when you first start working there, but this company is who they say they are. People are friendly, VERY organized, willing to help, and so knowledgeable. Egos are checked at the door, good work/life balance, and it's a pretty healthy work environment.

Some people may consider these a "con" - I don't - but I have to put something here . . . It's a smaller company, it's fully remote, and it services a very niche market. Again, these are all the things I want in my employer, but someone who's interested in a large corporate environment might find these attributes as "cons."
