Pros

- As an Individual contributor, amazing growth opportunities in the product org if you want to expand your skill set. - Management team is really first class and most of them were strong practitioners before becoming managers. - Now a remote-first company - The customers (users) are building amazing products, really fun to help them on their journey.

Cons

- A shift to a more a strict budget for employees. Small things like limited stipend for remote set ups, computer upgrades, buying new software, etc. There has been a shift over the past year and it has hurt morale. - Friction from leadership changes. The mission and culture of the org has been diluted, very much a financial milestone driven org at the moment. - Salary and compensation is trending down compared to the greater market. - The product has some legit tech debt, will be painful to fully pay down that debt.

Pros

Peers are a true pleasure to work with and it's easy to cross-collaborate.

Cons

Leadership is all-in on AI and confident that they will be the exception to the second wave of regret you see other SaaS companies who adopted earlier expressing. Leadership is demanding faster output and criticizing and eliminating any old guard who flag concerns around the approach.
