I have been employed by this company full time for more than 10 years. The biggest cons that people seem to have no longer exist. Changes have been made in recent years to alleviate the concerns of employees. The company now has flex time. Core hours are 9 to 3 but employees can decide the other hours. I go in at 7 and leave at 4. Others come in at 9 and work til 6. And you can take lunch any time between 11 and 2. The dress code is now casual every day of the week. Jeans and t-shirts are perfectly acceptable. Anything that is not in poor taste. If you have an emergency situation and need to work from home that is also perfectly acceptable. Our high standards in the people we hire has not changed. That's why people enjoy working here. If someone has not worked for the company in the last few years, their opinions are old and outdated.
Cons
There is still an extensive hiring process. That is done to make sure you are the right fit for Jameson, and that Jameson is the right fit for you.
