6yThank you for taking the time to provide us with feedback. We understand the workplace experience has changed a little bit in the past few years. Any effort to make changes to our culture has been in preparation for growth and scale. We take the Jane experience very seriously and are committed to an environment where Janesters can work hard, have fun and enjoy their time while at work.
Improving and building leadership throughout the organization has been a major focus for us over the past year. We’ve created our Senior Leadership Team, and have made managerial replacements where necessary. Leadership and development are top-of-mind for our People Operations department, as well as our leaders, and it’s something we are hoping to focus heavily on in the next few months. We look forward to the improvements that can be made there.
As for concerns sent to HR, unfortunately, the issues regularly sent to the department require a lot more work and care than most employees expect. They take any complaints, issues of employee toxicity, safety, or frustrations seriously. They are committed (as is our leadership) to simultaneously protecting Janesters and Jane. Any work being done to solve behavioral or performance concerns are always addressed directly, in private, with the appropriate parties involved. HR’s doors are always open, and we encourage all Janesters to address them directly for any concerns that are affecting their teams or the company overall.
