6yThank you for taking the time to provide feedback. We’re sorry you’ve had this experience while at Jane. We recognize that perks have been changing over the past year and that it has been a challenge for our Janesters. That has been an extremely difficult decision for us to make. Any changes made to a perk (like our pantry) have been in an effort to help prepare Jane to scale and grow.
As for our workplace culture, scheduling has been flexible so long as people are completing their work and collaborating with their managers. If that’s something you’re not currently experiencing, we’d love to learn more about your specific situation. We recommend you take it to your manager or anyone on our HR team.
As a department, Jane’s People Operations team has occasionally requested reviews, but have always encouraged transparency. We are proud of the work HR does and the protection they provide Jane employees. If you have had a different experience, or don’t feel comfortable speaking with HR, we would like to encourage you to share your concerns with the head of your department.
We are right in the thick of helping Jane grow, and it’s something we are really excited about. We hope you stay along for the ride!
