For those who are starving it can be something short term, but unfortunately there will be psychological trauma

Horrible management, horrible ergonomics, childish and rude employees, exploitative work hours. Unpaid breaks. Dirty work environment, broken tables and no adjustment, broken chairs. Intimidating and always threatening boss. Contractual conditions outside the labor laws, salary below normal, even for web developers vacancies. Prejudiced and xenophobic.
