      Innovative company, interesting project, organized.

      Cons

      busy and inflexible schedules, terrible work environment, bad leadership and quite aggressive. micromanagement, zero autonomy, a lot of pressure for results and instead of a reward system they use the punishment method more.

      Good for someone who has no experience

      Cons

      No communication No feedback and when you have feedback is when the CEO remembers that your project exists and decides to cuss at you Old technologies, old computers and old office furniture No paid breaks (you literally have to come in 30 minutes earlier to the office if you want to take 2 breaks) No career growth
