The facilities and equipment (computers, plotters, etc.) are typically well maintained. They also have a very strong background in bridge design that you would not typically see in most places.
Cons
Their handling of employees leaves something to be desired. They are inflexible with hours and are often rude and/or deceitful to those they supervise. There is also some questionable practices in terms of employee compensation (no cost of living raises despite generous executive bonuses as well as large gaps between the salaries of newer employees and those there before new management approximately 10 years ago).
