      If you make mistakes, the best way to keep your job is to tell your boss that they're right about everything and that you're wrong. You may last an extremely long time with a lot of mistakes if you do that. If you try to get some accommodation for your weaknesses and explain the role that your project manager playsvin them, they'll fire you immediately. They won't even let you explain

      Pros

      Gotta love the schedule, the commute, the company events and as a new hire the generous PTO: but enough about me. JSE offers continued growth , consistently providing additional responsibilities which not only adds experience but also variety to the role. I have a "can do" attitude and JSE a "you can do it" expectation while providing the encouragement and support to make it happen.

      Cons

      I'm always available no matter what and required to change direction on a dime. (but it really doesn't bother me).
