Meeting amazing people at store and doing what I love, makeup! Just being in store enhanced my knowledge of other makeup lines and kept me to to date on trends and new products.

No company support whatsoever(never met account executive or anyone from company during time there), one hour conference call before your first visit in store is their idea of product training, no sales coaching, nothing!!! And let's not mention that often times I had little to no stock of the best selling makeup and when reported to account executive it was never properly addressed. Expected to create and set up corporate events with no support from account executive nor store staff. As a part time worker I was underpaid, unsupported by Japonesque and def unappreciated!
