Pros
Flexibility during the day with your breaks. Room for growth within titles but not in actual respect or growth in workload. Most employees are amazing!
Cons
Sexist men in powerful positions. HR doesn’t know anything and allows everything. If you have breasts you aren’t treated equally. You are given a title but expected to do 2-3 full people’s jobs “as it’s a small business we have to cover all positions”. PTO requirements means you are available even if you are not supposed to be and all hours of the night.
