N - Laborer Jatec Employee Review

My experience here is so miserable I can’t even think of a single pro to list down…

Horrible pay, brutal workloads, and awful managers! Employees aren’t cared for or given any support at all. My experience working for JATEC Electrical couldn’t be any worse!

The only reason why you would want to work here is to gain some experience.

Company only cares about making money while completely disregarding employee wellbeing. Not only are the workloads we're assigned overwhelmingly heavy, the salary we receive is poor as well. You don't eve receive any opportunities to grow since management couldn't care less about providing you with any support or guidance.
